For the best cat eye / chameleon results it is Highly Recommended / Necessary to use a Black or Dark Base!

How to use:
Shake well before use.
Apply the layer of 9D Cat Eye Nail Gel Polish.
Before curing use a cat-eye magnetic tool, get it as close as possible without touching the surface.
Make the desired pattern.
Cure under the UV nail lamp for 2 minutes or LED nail lamp for 30 seconds.
